These events are organized by the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc. (PCA), co-organized by the Davao Contractors Association Center, Inc. (DCACI) and the Cebu Contractors Association, Inc. (CCAI), endorsed by the Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE). These events are managed by Global-Link MP Events International, Inc.
