Have you ever had a problem with choosing the right colors for your design? Or maybe you have a color in mind but you're having a hard time recreating it to your design. Korean designer Jinsun Park may have a solution for you.
This is the Color Picker Pen, designed by Jinsun Park, and what it does is simply amazing. It is able to scan any color from any material, just like the eyedropper tool in Photoshop, and replicate its color through the electronics inside the pen. It will then automatically combine the RGB ink cartridges inside so you can instantly use the color acquired for your design needs.
This pen could actually replace all my coloring materials I'm currently using. Goodbye to my Colored Pencil Set and to my Watercolor Paint Set. I can imagine using just this pen to manually render my designs on paper.
Although this pen is currently just a concept, I can't wait for this to be in production and to actually acquire one myself.Tweet

A pen for designers, designed by non-designers =D
RGB sensors, CMYK inks ;D
sorry to disapoint you dude. But RGB ink? only in your dreams. RGB (Red Green and Blue)is a format used for colors of the difraction of the white light , such as TVs Monitors etc..
Inks are based in pigment and for that we use the CMYK format. the CMYK format is composed by 4 inks
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and blacK
Its impossible to reproduce all the colors from real world in a print. Only videos can do it very nearly nowadays
what a bullshit! RGB colors to draw on paper???
WE DEMAND THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!
RGB ink? Haha. How about CMYK instead?
