Alchemy: Free Design Software

cleric2_Alchemy.pngI found another nice free design software that is both interesting and fun to use.  It's called Alchemy.  This design software, unlike the other design software, is used as an initial process in creating ideas, design and artworks.  What you see on the right is an example of what you normally get when you use Alchemy.

Pattern Maker Online

pattern-maker.jpgTwo days ago, I was making an interior perspective of a bedroom for a client.  The bedroom has a queen size bed and some thick curtains for the sliding doors at the side.  I needed a colorful pattern to use as a texture for the beddings and curtains and so I searched online.  I'm no longer happy with some of the patterns I had so I thought of searching for new patterns I could use for the fabrics.  Fortunately I came across a nice Pattern Maker Online and it did the job of creating new patterns for me to use for my 3d renderings.

Basement Waterproofing Basics

basement-waterproofing.jpgWhen I started working in an architectural firm as an architect, I got so intrigued with the concept of waterproofing that I wanted to learn more.

From Basement Waterproofing to Above-grade waterproofing and roofing.  This was not really discussed in detail back in college that is why I'm currently going back to the books to learn more.

With all the information I'm getting, there's more to waterproofing than just patching some holes on the wall.

I'll share some of the information I get as I learn more everyday.

Before anything else I'll first share the basic ideas about waterproofing.
