It's called Bio Robot Refrigerator by designer Yuriy Dmitriev from Russia. It is a food preservation device much like the conventional refrigerator but it's four times smaller and it uses a biopolymer gel that cools food through luminescence.

This design does not uses shelving like the normal refrigerator to contain foods. The non sticky and odorless biopolymer gel deforms around the food, creating a separate pod to hold it in place.
Doors are no longer needed, foods are readily available, odors contained and items are kept cool because of the bio robots contained in the gel.
