
It's really unsightly when someone spills liquid on a table, especially if it's colored and not liquid water. The liquid spillage, on the image above, however would amuse you and may in fact be placed on some of the center tables of your house. It's liquid light poured our from a cup!
It's a lighting design by Yeongwoo Kim which he calls the Pouring Light. It's not really liquid but the design somehow mimics the pouring of a white liquid from a white cup. The form was nicely done as it seems to capture the movement of a pouring cup.

Light comes out from inside the cup, which is then absorbed by the phosphorescence material in the liquid part of the lighting design. And being a phosphorescence material, it can then release the light and glow even when the light switch is turned off, just like a glow in the dark figurine. The effect is just awesome as you look at it at the dark as the pouring liquid just magically glows.
