Kitchen in a Ball

As technology gets more high-tech each day, a lot of things seem to get smaller and lighter as it progresses.  The image above which shows a large ball in the middle of the room is actually a compact kitchen filled with all the high-tech stuff any modern home owner would ever need.  It's an amazing kitchen in a ball!

Its called the Sheer Kitchen made by Gatto Kitchens.  It's a very unique design, very far from what we normally perceive standard kitchen setup would be.  There are actually two main parts to this kitchen module.  The main part is the free standing globe that sits in the middle of the room and another part is the free-standing wall just beside the large globe.

As you start to work with the kitchen, the half of the globe rises up to the ceiling which provides the necessary lighting and ventilation.  The lower half contains a circular working top with double sinks, four infrared burners which includes a removable lava stone for cooking oil-free foods, three bottle coolers which can cool any beverage in three minutes, a pull-out table for an extra work space, trolleys and storage that moves around the globe, and two electrical outlets for smaller appliances.

The free standing wall beside the globe is another compact kitchen on its own and greatly compliments the functions of the globe.  It can be used as a wall divider, separating the space of the kitchen and another room.  It contains a refrigerator, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, a bar, four folding chairs and a retractable motorized shutters which can double as a home video screen.

Both the globe and the wall is made up of a combination of stainless steel and carbon fiber - a material much lighter and durable than stainless steel usually used on Boeing jets.  It is also fitted with a unique anti-bacterial and anti-odor electronic device, with UV technology making this kitchen one futuristic unit that would really be a good conversation piece.
